Low-Temperature Baked Cat Food Production Line in Canada
To preserve the “fresh meat” concept and prevent nutrient loss from high heat, we configured twin-screw extruders and optimized the drying process with a low-temperature, slow-bake method. This retains the natural flavor of fresh meat and minimizes the loss of heat-sensitive nutrients.

Mixed Softwood Waste Pellet Plant in Finland
Sourced from sawmills and panel factories, the raw materials contain small amounts of adhesives. We installed permanent magnetic separators and trommel screens in the pre-processing stage to prevent hard impurities from damaging the grinders, and adjusted the ring die compression ratio to prevent die clogging.

Corn Stalk Biomass Fuel Plant in Argentina
Leveraging the abundant local corn stalk resources, we configured MZLH420 ring die pellet mills for this client. The stalks are crushed to 3-5 mm before granulation, producing fuel for industrial boilers and residential heating.

Straw and Cattle Manure Mixed Pellet Plant in USA
In collaboration with local ranches, the client aimed to process straw and cattle manure together. Our engineers designed a dual-bin batching system to separately control the crushing particle size of the straw and the dewatering ratio of the manure, followed by automated proportional mixing.

Animal Feed Production Line in Uganda
In the video shot by customer Samuel Okello, we can see the efficient operation of this production line covering the entire process of conveying, mixing, granulating, cooling and packaging. The picture of the operator receiving the finished particles at the discharge port directly proves the excellent quality of the equipment. This is a customized, cost-effective solution created by RICHI specifically for customers with limited budgets.
Wood Pellet Production Line in Romania
The video shows the entire process from crushing, mixing, granulating to packaging. Microcomputer controller accurately monitors, bucket elevator delivers smoothly, and the finished particles are uniform and dense. Only one worker is required to seal the end with a thermoplastic sealing machine. The entire line has a high degree of automation and stable operation, meeting the high standards of the European market.
Sunken Fish Feed Production Line in Russia
Faced with the risk of pipeline freeze cracking caused by the severe cold in Russia in winter, RICHI provided customized solutions: adding an insulation layer to core components and optimizing the compression ratio of the ring die. As can be seen in the video, the production line operates smoothly and efficiently throughout the entire process.

This 1T/H cat litter production line uses plant fiber as the core raw material. The tofu cat litter produced has excellent water absorption and clumping properties and low dust and environmental protection properties, accurately meeting the strong demand for high-quality pet products in the Southeast Asian market.
